Payment Options

Private Pay

You are considered to be a private pay client if you are not using insurance to pay for your services and are instead paying for services “out of pocket”.

Health savings account/ Flexible Spending account cards may be used to pay for services.

Superbills

Upon request, I am able to provide you with a “superbill” that serves as an invoice if your insurance provides "out of network" benefits for mental health services.

It is your responsibility to verify specific requirements for reimbursement with your insurance provider as I will not communicate with your insurance about out of network benefits.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost and the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

You can expect to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before our first session together.

You can also ask Wonderment LLC, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the

No Surprises Helpdesk at 1-800-985-3059.
